A Sunday walk on the beach

It was a beautiful Sunday today and I thought I would take the girls on a harmless walk along the beach.  We were all having a great time together (while Michael stayed at home to make dinner) (by the way that rarely happens).  As I was sitting on the beach watching the girls play in the sand, I see Jessey walking out to the water to wash her hands.  I didn't say anything I thought she was fine.  Then she decides to sit down in the water and splash around.  I didn't see that coming, first of all the water is freezing and second it was sunday and they know better than that.  Well I was wrong because then I saw her stick her face in the water.  I quickly jumped up and told her that was enough or else we go home.  Well Jessey is the one who likes to see how far we can "push mom."  And she did because as you can see she found the mud.  I told the other girls to hang tight while I march this little monkey home and throw her in the shower.  Michael caught us coming in and was so proud of his little girl.  So when I went back to get the others, Bailey was playing in the mud too.  Our nice sunday walk was over!
