Taylar has found a way to cut onions without crying! Goggles!!! Genius I know! (after all she does take after her mother!) So all of you out there saying, "no way" try it, it really works!
That's hilarious! I've actually tried glasses, but I think goggles would work even better! Also, you can try running a peeled onion under cold water before you cut it. That helps a little too.
One of my favorite scenes from Julia & Julie is when Julia's husband walks into the kitchen only to find Julia in tears with a huge pile a perfectly chopped up onions...ahhh, the passion and dedication to to the best! (I love that Taylar is smiling while doing work--awesome!)
If Brennen's around I ask him to do it. I'm totally trying the goggles! I'm know in the family as one who cries and has to leave the room. Usually I just use onion powder or onion salt so I don't have to mess with the little round buggers
OK, you need to market the "onion goggles" and get them sold in high-end stores or catalogs so you can make lots o' money!!! Watch out Williams & Sonoma...

Making your husband cut up the onions also works. If he is not around...I will head for the goggles!
I am dying laughing, but you better believe next time I cut onions I am going to try it!! Like mother like daughter!!
She is definately styling too!!!
I am all over that!!!! Two things I absolutely HATE, cutting onions and scooping ice cream. Thanks Taylar!!
